Our Acacia Honey is sourced from selected harvests and reflects the purity of nature, a result of respectful beekeeping. It has a delicate taste, ideal as a natural sweetener

• Wildflower Honey
  A honey that narrates the story of an entire season, varying in color and flavor depending on the blooms. This batch has a darker shade because it was harvested at the end of the season, ensuring the bees’ natural balance. Its taste is rich and complex, with floral notes that change with each spoonful, making it a unique and authentic product. Perfect to enjoy as is or paired with cheese and yogurt.

• Chestnut Honey
  Intense, aromatic, and slightly bitter, our Chestnut Honey is an authentic expression of unspoiled nature. Usually dark and non-crystallized, this batch shows a slight crystallization due to traces of other flowers. It maintains the unmistakable chestnut aroma with a hint of extra sweetness. To restore its original fluidity, simply warm it in a bain-marie at 40°C for a few minutes. Ideal for strong flavor lovers, excellent with aged cheeses.
