Usually dark and non-crystallized, this batch shows a slight tendency to crystallize due to a small percentage of other flowers collected together with chestnut.
This makes it even more interesting organoleptically, maintaining the unmistakable chestnut aroma with an added hint of sweetness.
If you wish to restore its original fluidity, simply warm it in a bain-marie at 40°C for a few minutes. A perfect honey for those who love strong and intense flavors, ideal with aged cheeses or as a natural sweetener.
